These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Run with Max, an AI-powered business communication platform operated by G&J Financial Group LLC ("we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Run with Max provides an AI voice agent and messaging platform for small businesses. Our service includes inbound and outbound AI-powered phone calls, SMS communications, lead capture, and appointment scheduling.
Our service is offered at $697 per month, with a one-time setup fee of $2,495. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
Service is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Setup fees are non-refundable.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Run with Max. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.
You agree not to use Run with Max for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to sending spam, harassment, fraudulent communications, or any messages that violate applicable telecommunications laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run with Max and G&J Financial Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
We strive to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
